What is the People and Payroll Administration module?

This is a significant feature of Endalia, aimed at managing everything related to payrolls and their processes as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Who is the People and Payroll Administration module designed for?

Human resources teams, managers, and administrators who need to manage not only payroll processes but also different areas related to them, like social security, IRPF, tax models, etc. Since there are three profiles, both in the Help Center and in the software (I, My Team, and Company), the functions to be performed and described in this article may be conditioned by them.


Frequently Asked Questions


I need to manage customized IRPF

To generate and manage this functionality, just navigate to the following path: Payroll > Payrolls > Incidents > Customized IRPF. Follow the instructions you will find in the articles in this guide to carry out this action quickly and conveniently.

What should I do to monitor a workplace accident

Go to Payroll, click on Payrolls > Incidents > Permissions and Temporary Disabilities. The workplace accident is covered here.

What do I need to manage a CRA model

Within the Payroll hub, click on Payrolls > Social Security > CRA Model.

On this first screen, you will have a list of CRA models with their corresponding company, status, creation dates, etc. Note that, as in other aspects of this module, you have different buttons on the toolbar to perform actions. Select the corresponding box or click on the relevant company to proceed to present, edit, download file, or delete.

And what about strikes?

If you need to manage this feature, just go to Payroll, click on Payrolls > Incidents > Permissions.

Calculate severance pay

Very easy; go to Payroll, click on Payrolls > Incidents > Permissions and Temporary Disabilities.

Publish payrolls

Through the path Payroll, click on Payrolls > Calculation > Calculation Results, and follow the on-screen instructions to publish the payslips in bulk.

Manage professional invoices

Within the Payroll hub, click on Payrolls > IRPF > Professional Invoices, and from there, follow the steps to control this functionality.
