General Questions

Definition of the internal communication module

It is a functionality mainly aimed at managing, in the administrator's profile, and viewing, in the case of an employee, all the news, notices, links of interest, etc., related to the organization; it is, ultimately, a simple and direct information method. Remember that, due to the three enabled profiles (Me, My team, and Company), you will be able to view in some cases and manage in others, or both simultaneously, depending on your role and enabled permissions. And remember that you have all the detailed information in the articles of this same Help Center.

How do I view my notices?

Through the following path: Communication > Internal Communication > Corporate News > Notices

I want to see my documents

You just need to go to Communication > Internal Communication > Corporate Documents, and there you will find all your files.

View my news

Internal Communication > Corporate News> News leads you directly to the company's top news; this way, you can stay up to date with everything happening.

Stories

To view and manage stories (automatically generated by the system), you only need to go to Communication > Internal Communication > Story Management. From there, you can access their list, archive them, and see the interactions.

Monitoring eNPS surveys

From the Surveys > eNPS module, you will access a monitoring panel where, among other parameters, you will access data such as response distribution, participation, eNPS score, etc.

Schedule an eNPS survey

As in the previous paragraph, following the same path you will find a specific button, called Schedule Survey, that will take you directly to the configuration.
