General Questions
What does the Compensation and Benefits module consist of?
The functionalities encompassed in this module allow you to consult and manage salary information at various levels, as well as everything related to job-related expenses.
Which professionals is this module intended for?
This module is designed for human resources teams, managers, and administrators who need to efficiently manage the aforementioned concepts. With three profiles (Me, My Team, and Company), the tasks to perform as described in this article may be conditioned by these; that is, depending on your permissions and role in the company, you may access some functionalities and not others. Take a look at the quick answers we offer below. As we have already mentioned, you have all the detailed information in the module that names this article and in this same Help Center.
Resolving Common Problems
View and Download My Payslips
To consult your receipts, simply go to the following path: Compensation and Benefits > Compensation > My Salary Information > My Payslips
Consult My Salary Information
To stay informed about your salary information, such as payment history and accumulated totals, go to Compensation and Benefits > Compensation > My Salary Information
My Expense Reports
To see this functionality and have your job-related expenses under control, you just have to access the following path: Compensation and Benefits > Expenses > My Expenses
Create an Expense Closure
To add a new closure, simply enter Compensation and Benefits > Expenses> Expense Closures. Once on the screen, click on Add in the toolbar and follow the guided process.
Create an Expense Report
To add a new expense, follow the path: Compensation and Benefits > Expenses > Expense Reports. As always, use the buttons located in the toolbar and follow the simple steps the software proposes.
View My Team's Salaries
Through Compensation and Benefits > Compensation > Salaries you can see the emoluments received by each member under your charge.
