Compensation

At Endalia, we care about your employees27 compensation. Therefore, this month, we27re launching a new module that allows you to manage the salary planning and monitoring of your workforce. We27ve also introduced updates in the management of salary information visibility.

Salary Planning

Need to plan the salary costs of your workforce? Now you can plan your workforce budget by generating different versions that allow you to simulate your organization27s scenarios.

FTE Management

Sync contractual information with your staffing estimates and manage hired vs. planned personnel, including expected and unexpected entries and exits throughout the planning period.


Salary Costs

Thanks to payroll module integration, you can track actual vs. planned salary costs. This way, you can identify cost deviations month by month.

Salary Visibility

Want to protect some employee salary data? Now you can create exclusion lists to hide some employees27 salary information from general listings.

Daily Payroll 1.0

In this version, we27ve improved the daily payroll calculation experience. Now you can incorporate both natural day and monthly concepts in the same calculation to cover more scenarios. 

Remuneration Registry

Now you can extract the remuneration registry to comply with current regulations. Configure the concepts and extract the necessary information to create the ministerial report.
