Scheduling and Time Record

We are aware of the relevance that time management has in your organization. Therefore, in this new version, we continue adding updates to improve the management, visualization, and tracking of shifts, focusing on all users: administrators, managers, and employees. 

Does your organization have rotational shifts? Do you have schedules that vary periodically and find them tedious to plan? We present shift patterns, a new more agile and intuitive way to configure and plan your employees' shifts. 

Shift Patterns Generate templates for weekly shifts or with a cycle of days and assign them to your employees easily and intuitively.	Weekly Breaks Assign weekly breaks to employees in a few steps and on a massive scale.	Mass Publication Publish and unpublish planned shifts massively with a single click.

The updates in Time Record don't end here, we present three new additional features for all employees: 

Comparative Shifts From now on, all employees have the possibility to view their colleagues' shifts.	My Planning Now employees can check their shift planning in a monthly or annual format.	Annual Planning HR managers and officials now have a new section to view each employee's annual shift planning.

Kiosco (Time Record)

We present a new way of recording workday. Turn any tablet into a time registration system. With the Time Record Kiosco, you can record your entrance and exit via a code, check accumulated work hours during the day, as well as manage breaks and different types of work throughout the day in 3 simple steps:

Connect your Tablet Download the Time Record Kiosco app and connect it to your installation.	Enter your PIN Enter your unique pin to identify yourself in the system and start your workday.	Register Day Record your entrance, breaks, and exit. Additionally, you can check the accumulated hours during the day.

Mobile Calendar

Accessing the most relevant data from your phone is our mission. Now you can check all events from the mobile app:

Monthly Calendar Check work shifts, vacations, absences, permissions, training, events...all from one place.	Agenda View View all of the information in a monthly format or in an agenda view. It's your choice!	Event Filter Select only the events you wish to view using the filter located in the calendar.

Multicurrency Salary Review We have included the possibility to manage review periods in different currencies, allowing you to accommodate your company's global needs. Viterbit & Endalia Do you use Viterbit? Do you want employees you hire via your recruitment portal to migrate to Endalia once hired? Now it's possible!
