At Endalia, we start the year by reinforcing our commitment to you: one ecosystem, one data point. We present the first update of the season with new features that will transform your HR, focusing on the improvements implemented during the last quarter to make your daily life more seamless.

People Analytics

Discover People Analytics, the new AI-powered module. From data to better decisions in seconds. Our HR data analysis solution transforms your organization's information into strategic decisions. We incorporate interactive dashboards with key metrics on workforce, turnover, absenteeism, and compensation, along with segmentation tools for analyzing your data by department, location, or any relevant criteria. We also include an AI chat that will help you discover your organization's trends and act proactively. Everything integrated with the rest of Endalia's modules for a comprehensive view of your human capital. 

Thematic Dashboards

We launch the new People Analytics Dashboards, designed to turn your organization's data into actionable information. We incorporate interactive panels for people and positions, compensation, time, and payroll, with advanced filters by department, work center, seniority, and more. We add comparative visuals to analyze trends over time and immediately detect patterns.

AI Chat

We launch the AI Assistant for People Analytics, a new query channel that allows you to obtain information from your organization conversationally. Ask directly about workforce metrics, absenteeism, turnover, or compensation and get immediate answers without the need to navigate through reports. We incorporate the capability to generate graphs and tables from your questions and delve deeper into the data with follow-up queries. 

People and Positions

We launch Functional Areas, the new functionality that reflects the operational reality of modern organizations. If you manage matrix structures with dual dependencies, you can now create a functional organization parallel to your traditional hierarchical structure. 

Functional Areas

Define transversal areas where employees belong simultaneously to a hierarchical department and a functional area, capturing all of your company's reporting relationships. We incorporate hierarchy visualizations with both dependencies and the ability to publish these structures to the entire organization for greater organizational transparency.

Position Timeline

Additionally, you can consult the history of internal movements such as promotions, changes, or role transitions, and access the details of each change on the position sheet: what changed, when, and who made it. Everything is designed to facilitate planning and improve talent management.

Planning and Time Registration

We launch Special Compensations, a new functionality that allows agile and transparent management of those extraordinary remunerations linked to work hours. Define compensation rules tailored to the needs of each team and apply specific adjustments without complications. Moreover, we have introduced a new monitoring panel that centralizes all timekeeping activities in one place: schedule balance, incidents, requests, and compensations. Now you'll have a complete view of what's happening in your organization, facilitating daily tracking and decision-making without the need to navigate between multiple screens. 

Time Control

We introduce the new Time Control screen. Now you can monitor all your monthly activity in a single space: time balance, incidents, requests, and compensations.

Additionally, during the period itself, you can approve specific requests on the spot.

Special Compensations

We evolve expansions: they are now called special compensations, incorporating multiple configurations to adapt to your company's real needs. With them, you can easily model situations like night shifts, on call, holidays, or special hours, with more flexible and precise management.

Talent

We include a new permission in "My Team" to view competency development information for your entire organizational structure, including indirect collaborators. Perfect for calibration and talent review. Additionally, we integrate isEazy with direct access and automatic user synchronization from Endalia. 

Competency Development

We include the new "My Team" permission, allowing managers and supervisors to consult competency development data for their entire organizational structure, including indirect collaborators (n-2, n-3...). Ideal for calibration processes, talent review, and executive reporting where a complete view is needed without editing capability. 

Training

In addition, we launch integration with isEazy: access your training platform directly from Endalia with single sign-on (SSO) and automatic user synchronization. Everything is designed to streamline talent management from one place.

Compensation and Payroll

We launch payroll simulations to anticipate the outcome of any calculation by modifying variables, both individually and massively. Compatible with monthly payrolls, extra payments, and settlements. Furthermore, new automatic receipt import for Portuguese companies.

Payroll Simulations

We launch Payroll Simulations, a new tool that allows you to know the payroll result before processing it. Modify variables like salary, supplements or schedule and see how they impact the final calculation. A key functionality for planning raises, calculating costs of new hires, or anticipating the impact of payroll changes.

Payslip Portugal

Additionally, we have introduced the automatic import of payroll receipts for companies based in Portugal, allowing receipts to be linked directly to each employee and streamlining document management.
