Welcome to the FAQ section of the Organization and People module of our HR management software. Here you will find answers to the most common questions about how to use and optimize our system. General Questions


What is the Organization and People module?

It is a part of our HR management software designed to manage organizational structures, employee information, and human resources processes. 

Who is the Organization and People module designed for?

This module is designed for HR teams, managers, and administrators who need to efficiently manage employee information and the organizational structure. Note that, with three profiles in this Help Center and the software (Me, My team and Company), the functions to be performed may be conditioned by them.



Module Usage


How do I add a new employee to the system?

Go to the route People > Company > Employees, select Add employee and complete the required fields with the new worker's information. 

How do I update the organizational structure?

Access Positions > Organizational structure. Then, use the buttons on the toolbar to arrange the positions according to your preferences.

What do I do if I cannot see an employee's information?

Verify that you have the necessary permissions to access that information, through Configuration. If the problem persists, contact technical support.

How do I solve data synchronization issues?

Make sure your internet connection is stable and that the system is up to date. If the problem continues, restart the module and verify the network configuration.

I want to see my educational and work experience

Go to People > My employee record > My curriculum. In the menu items Training and Experience you will find all the information you need.

How do I manage my collaborators

People > Staff monitoring > Employees is the route you need to know everything about the employees you are responsible for. 

I need to add positions in the structure

You can do this from Positions > Organizational structure. The toolbar buttons will allow you to perform different actions. 

How do I consolidate data

People > Staff monitoring > Data consolidation. With the Consolidate button you can validate the worker's data present in the employee portal.

Move positions in structure

Access Positions > Organizational structure. The Move position to... option, located on the tool bar, will allow you to customize this process to your preference.

I would like to delete an employee from the system

Before doing this action, you must archive them. Follow the route People > Staff monitoring > Employees and use the toolbar buttons to perform this preliminary step to removal.

View and manage my personal, family, and contact details?

Yes, it's possible. In People > My employee record > My data you have all the information present in your record and that you can also modify. 

And move positions in structure?

Sure! Access Positions > Organizational structure and manage your preferences from there.
