General Questions


What is the Performance and Talent Module?

The functionalities included in this module will allow you to have all the metrics related to the performance of a particular employee or team at your fingertips.

For whom is it?

This module is designed for HR teams, managers, administrators, and employees from specific departments, who need to manage everything related to the behaviors and performance of an employee in a company, and the metrics to know the level of talent and the promotion of that employee, in the future. With three profiles (Me, My Team and Company), the functions to perform and described in this article may be conditioned by these; that is, depending on the permissions and your role in the company, you will be able to access some functionalities or others. Take a look at the quick answers we offer you below. As we mentioned before, you have all the information, detailed, in the module that gives the name to this article, and in this same Help Center.


Solving Common Problems


My Goal Evaluations

From the path Talent > Objectives > Me > My Goal Evaluations you can see, in detail and individually, the data related to this functionality.

General Objectives

If you follow the path Talent > Objectives > Corporate Objectives > General Objectives, you will see the different objectives associated with employees, in any organizational structure.

Development Plan

Within the Talent hub, go to Development > My Professional Development, you can access the different plans associated with a specific period.

Competence and Competency Profile Consolidation

To measure a manager's satisfaction with an employee's performance, just follow this path: Development > Employee Development > Profile Consolidation 

Create Training Action

Within Talent, navigate to the module Training > Employee Training > Training Actions. There you can see these actions with their respective states, and create many new ones.

Manage Participant Attendance

Within the Talent hub, navigate to the module Training > Company > Training Actions. Select the training action you wish to manage. Within the training action sheet:

  • "Sessions" Tab: Manage attendance by session and upload the attendance sheets
  • "Participants" Tab: Manage direct attendance of participants (useful for training without sessions)
