Welcome SpaceThe Welcome Space is designed especially for employees about to join the company. Available on web and mobile, it facilitates pre-arrival data entry, speeds up contact with HR, and provides new employees with the essential information for their first day. | Onboarding / OffboardingIn the onboarding and offboarding processes, checklist-type tasks are now much more comprehensive. We have added the ability to include images, videos, links, and descriptions, allowing for clearer instructions, enriching the employee experience, and ensuring more agile and visual task tracking. |

Planning and Time Registration
We keep improving location-based planning management: now, besides assigning and managing locations within shifts, you can also verify location when clocking in. A feature that reinforces reliability and control, especially for distributed teams or with rotation of centers.

Log LocationsNow employees can log their location when clocking the day and receive an immediate alert if it doesn't match the planned location. Additionally, these incidents can be monitored in an aggregated manner, facilitating control, deviation detection, and more precise management of distributed teams. | Shift PatternWith this improvement, creating shift patterns gains flexibility: you can now create patterns for up to 52 weeks. This allows for broader and more stable year-round planning, reducing the need for manual adjustments and facilitating more efficient management of shifts. |
