In our continuous commitment to facilitating people management, we launch a key improvement in shift planning: it is now possible to assign and manage locations for each employee directly from the shifts. This new feature allows for more precise organization, especially useful for distributed teams or those rotating across different work centers.
Plan LocationsWith the new location feature, you can now plan not only how many hours each employee will work, but also where they will do it. From this screen, you can easily assign locations by segments and improve team coordination in different centers or work areas. | Planning CalendarFrom the planning calendar, each employee can clearly see where they will work during each shift. INE SurveysWe have incorporated a new functionality that allows you to collect aggregated data for INE surveys. This improvement facilitates the extraction and organization of information, helping you meet requirements faster and more easily. | ReportsWe have added three new reports that expand control and analysis of your data: seniority control, batch payments, and IRPF comparison with the previous month. Crucial information, presented clearly, to improve decision-making and monthly tracking. |

We've updated the terminology in the objectives module!With the aim of improving the understanding and usability of the module, we have updated some key terms:
Instances are now called plans
Goals have become indicators
Sections are now termed categories
This change aims to provide a more intuitive experience, aligned with the usual language in goal management.
New improvements in the training module
We have revamped the connection interfaces to offer you a more robust and efficient experience. Discover the improvements in our APIs and import centers that facilitate the integration and management of training data.
