This month, we introduce new features designed to ease your daily activities, improve efficiency, and simplify key tasks. Planning and Time Tracking

In our continuous commitment to facilitating people management, we launch a key improvement in shift planning: it is now possible to assign and manage locations for each employee directly from the shifts. This new feature allows for more precise organization, especially useful for distributed teams or those rotating across different work centers. 

Plan Locations

With the new location feature, you can now plan not only how many hours each employee will work, but also where they will do it. From this screen, you can easily assign locations by segments and improve team coordination in different centers or work areas. 

Planning Calendar

From the planning calendar, each employee can clearly see where they will work during each shift. An easy and accessible visualization that improves communication and reduces doubts about location assignments.

Salary Planning

This month, we unveil new features in our compensation module, providing functionalities for more efficient salary planning, visualization, and tracking, adapted to your needs. 

 

Salary Planning

We continue improving our new salary planning module by incorporating new filters. Additionally, we have improved salary cost visualization and added collapsible subsections for more agile and organized edition.

Salary Costs

Integration with the payroll module allows you to compare planned salary costs with actual costs. This way, you can easily identify deviations month by month and make more precise decisions.

Payroll

The payroll module continues to evolve. We are continuously incorporating improvements to offer more efficient, precise, and connected payroll management. This month, we present new functionalities that strengthen automation, control, and integration with other key HR processes. 

INE Surveys

We have incorporated a new functionality that allows you to collect aggregated data for INE surveys. This improvement facilitates the extraction and organization of information, helping you meet requirements faster and more easily. 

Reports

We have added three new reports that expand control and analysis of your data: seniority control, batch payments, and IRPF comparison with the previous month. Crucial information, presented clearly, to improve decision-making and monthly tracking. 

Concepts

It's now possible to duplicate concepts to expedite the creation of similar objectives, and we've made user experience adjustments on the screen to provide smoother and more intuitive navigation. 

Payroll Breakdown

You can now access the breakdown of salary concepts directly from the employee's file, with the possibility of consulting the amounts aggregated between two dates. An improvement designed to offer greater visibility and control over pay information.

Talent

We've updated the terminology in the objectives module!With the aim of improving the understanding and usability of the module, we have updated some key terms:

  • Instances are now called plans

  • Goals have become indicators

  • Sections are now termed categories

This change aims to provide a more intuitive experience, aligned with the usual language in goal management.

New Terminology

Discover how easy it is to define, organize, and follow up on employee objectives. And now, with renewed terminology —plans, indicators, and categories—, the experience is even clearer and more intuitive for all users. 

We have improved the import experience

We optimized the import centers so that the loading of objectives is more agile, clear, and efficient. Importing data is now simpler, allowing smoother management from the start. 


New improvements in the training module
We have revamped the connection interfaces to offer you a more robust and efficient experience. Discover the improvements in our APIs and import centers that facilitate the integration and management of training data. 

Import Center

The import centers in the training module now allow you to easily load training actions, sessions, and participants. An agile and centralized way to incorporate large volumes of information, optimizing training management from the start.

Automate training management with our APIs
Now you can automatically integrate training actions, sessions, and participants through our APIs. A solution designed to facilitate the connection with your systems and keep the information always updated and synchronized.
