Block and copy schedules
Inside the hub Settings, go to the module Time Record > Schedule Planning
- In the Weekly schedules and Cyclic schedules tabs you will find the list of all schedules in your company; this includes the ones in use (blocked), displayed with a padlock icon. To be able to modify a schedule from another blocked one, click on the checkbox or corresponding row and press the Copy schedule button you'll find in the toolbar.
- In the modal window that appears, you must enter the name of the new schedule to clone. Finally, click Copy to return to the schedule list, where the newly duplicated name will now appear. If you activate the option Open sheet when finished, you will be taken directly to the new schedule. Otherwise, you can access it by double-clicking on the name or selecting it and then clicking the Edit button located in the toolbar.
Note: Generally, a blocked schedule cannot be modified, except for the following aspects: color, timesheet use, comments, and alternate schedules.
