Important: this article is intended for Endalia HR users with a Responsible profile.
In this guide article, you will learn a dual function: to associate the generated schedules with employees and to see their weekly structure. Important options about this module are also key, which we show you below.
Here you will find:
- Assign Schedules
- Planning
- Planning Configuration
Assign Schedules
Within the hub Time Management, navigate to the Schedule Registration module > Planning > Schedules
On the screen that appears next, click on the Assign Schedules button, located at the top left. Now, you have a stepper or a five-step process to complete:

- The first of these, Select Employees, will allow you to choose the workers to whom the function described in this article will be associated. Use the search engine or alternatively, copy and paste lists in the space provided for this purpose (for more information, consult our specific article, named Employee Selector). Next, click on Next.
- In the next section, Configure Schedule, you must complete the type of schedule to be assigned to the previously selected employees, the specific duration of said action (which can be indefinite if you check the corresponding box) and the option to delete manual sections. Again, click on Next.
- In Review Conflicts, the system provides you with a list of potential conflicts between schedules and shift management that affect the previously chosen workers. You can discard them to prevent modifications or keep them so that the new schedule applies, in the column located on the left side of the screen. Once you have established your preferences, click again on the Next button.
- On the Summary screen, you can verify that your selection is correct (you can always go back over your steps in each section of the menu by clicking on Previous). If the data is correct, click on Assign Schedules.
- The message All done on your part, well done! will inform you that the process has been successfully completed. You can return to the main screen to view the result of your selections:

Planning
It arises after the scheduling assignment to an employee, since a schedule is actually a set of shifts. To see this functionality, go to Time Management > Schedule Registration > Planning
- On the screen displayed next, you can see at a glance the weekly schedule of each employee, with their corresponding shifts, which you can edit or delete by double-clicking on them or add them, hovering over them with the pointer and then selecting the Add Section option. Whatever your preference, don't forget to click on Save in the emerging modal window to set your preferences.
- The requested schedule extensions can be viewed here, but their edition must be carried out in Schedule Registration > Schedule Monitoring > Extensions
- When sections of a week are modified or new ones are added, they are saved as drafts. They need to be published (button Publish Week, on the toolbar) to be visible to the collaborator. - In the same way, weekly shifts can be deleted using the Delete button, in the same location described previously. - If the employee has permissions and/or IT (temporary disabilities), they will also be shown in their planning:
Planning Configuration
Also, a new section has been enabled in the employee's file to check the planning configuration and the employee's work calendar. You can make schedule assignments directly to the employee or start shift management to add shifts on the same tracking screen.

You can consult past schedule assignments, being able to edit or delete only the current and future ones
