Allows you to break down and know an employee's skills in detail. Take a look at these practical tips to learn more about the topic.
In this article, you will find:
Competency consolidation and competency profile
- Within the Configuration hub, go to the following path: Evaluation > Evaluation periods
- On the screen presented to you, select a period from those listed by checking the appropriate box or clicking its name (you can also Add a period using the corresponding button) and then click on Edit period
- In the period's sheet, go to the Processes menu item. If there are processes (employees) whose consolidations have not yet been transferred to their competency profile (employee file), then the administrator will see a yellow alert at the top of the screen highlighting this fact:

- Click on the underlined text to access the side modal window, Update competency profiles, to select only synchronizable employees (not all from the previous list, only those whose competency profile is consolidated). Note that this action cannot be undone; once you click Update, it will not be possible to revert the competency profile status in the employee file.
- Now, go to Organization and people > People > Company > Employees. Next, double-click on the employee with updated competencies; if needed, use the filtering options on the right side of the screen.
- In the menu items, go to Development > Competency profile. Now, you have two tables in front of you. The first, Evaluated Competencies/Knowledges, shows those competencies with their value synchronized/updated from the period's processes (configuration). These skills cannot be edited, they are read-only and do not have a history. The second table, Personalized Competency/Knowledge, allows adding personalized competencies, different from those in the first table. To add them, click the Add button within its respective toolbar, follow the proposed steps, and click Save to consolidate your preferences.
Note: If a competency is framed in the second table and at some point, it is evaluated, consolidated, and synchronized in a period, it will automatically move to the first table, being removed from the second (Personalized Knowledge).
