General

This time we didn't just improve functionalities, but also Endalia's own interface; thus, it will be easier and more comfortable for you to navigate the different modules. They consist of:

New menu Now, navigation is more intuitive after unifying its different sections.	My Team and Company The two tabs on the right side of the screen allow you to switch views.	New search tool Locating employees, sections, or settings has never been easier. Retrieve your recent searches with a single click!

Time Registration

The time registration module allows you to manage planning by shifts. In this new version, you can choose the option that best suits your company. Do you need a static planning? You will still have schedules. Do these not adapt to your company's reality? No problem, the new functionality allows creating and assigning dynamic shifts to your employees:

Planning See the planning of all your employees on a single screen, whether by shifts or by schedules.	Shifts Assign, adjust, and publish your employees' shifts with all the vacation, absence, and holiday information, all from one place.	Schedules or shifts? View and adjust the data of each employee on their record. Likewise, you can check the history of changes from the same place.

Access the most relevant data of your team from your phone easier than ever, thanks to the following developed features:

Monitoring calendar Check the vacations, absences, permits, and medical leaves of your team.	Day logs Know in real-time who has started, finished, or not started the workday log.	Weekly and monthly balance Check the balance between recorded and planned time month by month, or week by week; whatever you prefer!

Training (mobile version)

Similarly, the training module also has its mobile version:

Available Training Check the training catalog. Request activation, deactivation, or a new training action from mobile.	My training activities View the training sessions you have signed up for, the content, and the available sessions.	Curriculum The curriculum collects the history of training that an employee has completed.

Bonuses and incentives

Manage your employees' bonus targets, achievement, calibration, and payment in an integrated manner with the objectives module. In addition, you can execute payment synchronized with payroll:

Period management Generate different time spans to adapt to your company's payments and tracking. Deploy the tracking of addresses to the company's managers. Flexible compensation Manage your employees' enrollments in Cobee or Payflow and import the monthly concepts of flexible compensation and advances into your payroll in minutes.	Pension plans Manage contributions to your company's pension plan. Formulate company, voluntary, and mandatory contributions according to the different professional categories integrated with your payroll.	Salary management Now you can view the collective agreement salaries from the salary management module. Set up your payroll agreements and synchronize the information in the salary grid.

Daily payroll Now it is possible to calculate daily payroll on a calendar day and a working day.	Labour calendar View and manage the days an employee has activity or not. With this information, you'll control the input data to the daily payroll and the ERTE.	ERTE Draft and track the extensions, reductions, and suspensions of employees in employment regulation files. Manage enrollments, cancellations, and changes integrated with Social Security.
