Organization and People

Once again, the improvements aim to make both the offboarding processes (end of the contractual relationship between the employee and the company) and onboarding (arrival and adjustment to the new work environment) simple and complete. Therefore, the software now features this and other improvements, which are as follows:

Offboarding Templates

With just a few clicks, you can configure different models, with their corresponding phases and processes.

Launch an Offboarding

This option now appears highlighted in the employee's profile; thus, finding and initiating the process is easier than ever!

Comprehensive Process Management

To monitor, edit, discard, etc., all tasks related to the worker's exit from the company; you also have a summary with the main data, in "Employee Summary"; within their profile.

New Indicators in the Summary Sheet

Now, the employee's profile is more complete than ever, with expanded information and improved data visualization (contracts, positions and internal evolution, time management, etc.).

Measuring the satisfaction level of employees within the company (eNPS, employee net promoter score, in English initials) is something very important when making decisions and implementing measures. Therefore, we present this functionality, with the following highlighted elements:

As usual, we have also implemented new functionalities in this module; among them, we highlight the following:

Social Security

Summaries, action buttons, and improved visualization. Now, you can visualize in general data the monthly insurance process and calculation. Regarding the base calculation, it can be done individually or by selecting several employees at once. And regarding response files, they can now be imported including various CCC (contribution account code).

Digital Signature

Whether you have a large or small template, document signing is one of the most frequent actions in any company. Take a look at the improvement related to this module, consisting of the synchronization of expired or canceled signatures; that is, when the established signing time passes (the time when signing requests expire) in Viafirma, they will move to the "Expired" state:

Improved Dropdown

When searching for an employee, the system now shows other data besides the name, such as the employee code, identification document, and their current status within the company.
