Once the evaluation is complete, the system automatically calculates the overall result for each employee. This article explains how to interpret those results.

Where to view the results
The results are available in two places:
- List of individual plans: shows the current phase of each plan. The overall result appears once the plan reaches the last phase.
- Plan file → Objectives tab: displays the details of each objective with its achievement, weight, and result, broken down by category.
What each value means
| Field | What it indicates |
|---|---|
| Achievement (%) | Percentage of completion for a specific objective |
| Objective weight (%) | Importance of that objective within its category |
| Global weight (%) | Importance of the objective in the context of the whole evaluation |
| Global result | Weighted average of all achievements with all weights applied |
| Payout (%) | Adjusted percentage used for bonus calculation (only if the period has payout enabled) |
How the global result is calculated
The result is a weighted average at two levels:
- Within each category, each objective’s achievement is weighted according to its relative weight.
- The result of each category is weighted by the weight of that category in the employee’s profile.
Simplified example: An employee with two categories, each at 50%, and an 80% achievement in both, will have a global result of 80%.
Export the results
You can export the detailed objectives report with the complete results for all your evaluated employees:
- Go to My Team → Individual Plans.
- Select the period.
- Click the export icon in the toolbar.
- Select Objectives detail.
The report is downloaded in Excel format with one row per objective, including achievement, weight, global weight, and payout for each.
Frequently asked questions
❓ When does the global result appear on the employee’s file?
The global result is calculated when the process reaches its final phase. Until then, you can see the achievement for each objective but not the consolidated global result.
❓ The global result does not match what I expected. Why?
The most frequent causes are: some objectives may not have an achievement entered, the weights may not add up exactly to 100%, or the employee may have customized weights that differ from the profile weights in the period matrix. Check the Plan Information tab to verify the applied weights.
❓ Does the objectives result go directly to the bonus calculation?
The objectives payout is transferred to the Variable Compensation process, where it is combined with other factors. The HR administrator manages this process.
