The Pending Tasks widget centralizes all your development actions on the home page. Each role only sees the tasks they are responsible for, with due dates and color alerts to help you prioritize.

- Why this widget is important
Where the widget appears
- It is displayed on the Endalia HR home page, at the top section
- It only appears if you have active pending tasks
- It closes automatically when you complete the action or when the due date passes
- No manual configuration required
Tasks you can see according to your role

If you are HR (Company)
You will see the same tasks as a manager, but for all the company's employees or within your management scope. This allows you to have global visibility of pending processes.
Deadlines and color coding
Each task displays its due date with a color code to help you prioritize:
Grey (normal color) More than 3 days left until the due date. No urgency.
Orange (attention) Less than 3 days left until the due date. You should act soon.
Red (urgent) The deadline has already passed. Overdue task. Immediate action required.
This system helps you instantly know what is urgent and what can wait.
How to act on tasks
- Click directly on the task. It will take you to the corresponding screen (evaluation, IDP, consolidation, etc.)
- Complete the required action. Follow the normal process on the accessed screen.
- The task automatically disappears. You do not need to do anything else. The system detects that you have completed the action.
When tasks disappear
Tasks close automatically in two situations:
- When you complete the action Example: You finish your self-evaluation → The "Complete your self-evaluation" task disappears from the widget
- When the due date passes Example: The due date was March 31 and it is April 1 → The task disappears even if you did not complete it
No manual maintenance required. The system manages the lifecycle of each task.
Tasks on mobile
The pending tasks widget also appears in the Endalia HR mobile app (iOS/Android):
- Displayed for informational purposes
- You can see your tasks and their deadlines
- Actions are only available on the web (you cannot complete tasks in this widget from your mobile device)
- It serves as a reminder of your pending items
To complete the tasks, access from the web or, if the task allows it (such as evaluations), access directly from the mobile app menu.
Why this widget is important
- Each role knows what needs to be done without HR having to notify them
- Color alerts help you act before it becomes urgent
- Zero maintenance: tasks are managed automatically
- Development processes are no longer stalled
Note: The tasks that appear depend on the period configured by HR and the active processes at any given time. If you do not see pending tasks, it means that you have no required actions at this time.
