Payroll

  • Calculation Engine - Monthly Calculation with Calendar: Implemented a new functionality in the calculation engine to compute monthly concepts accounting for the employee's work calendar, improving the accuracy of salary calculations during holidays, vacation, or special situations.
  • Requests - Birth and Childcare: Extended functionalities for birth and child care requests, including improvements for premature birth cases and management of additional weeks up to the child’s 8th year in accordance with new legislation. The calculation for part-time employees has been adjusted.
  • Payslip Details - Calculation Information: Added a new display of relevant data in the calculation information section within the payslip, providing more detail and transparency about the calculations made.
  • Reports 2.0 - Payroll Summary: Migrated the "Payroll Summary" report to the new 2.0 report architecture, improving performance, user experience, and customization options.
  • AFI Files - Enhanced Description: Added a detailed description in AFI files to facilitate their identification and understanding, especially useful in managing pension plans and insurance.
  • Payslip Labels: Implemented functionality to create and manage custom labels on payslips, allowing better categorization and organization of payroll documentation.
  • Design - Module Option Lists: Redesigned and unified the module option lists pattern throughout the application, providing a more coherent and modern user experience.

Time registration and scheduling

Expense notes

  • In Mileage expense type, it is allowed to set 3 decimals in the configuration.

Salary review

  • Multicurrency: configuration by currency period, companies, and exchange rate.

General improvements

  • New menu: enjoy new, more intuitive navigation. Menu sections are unified. My Team and Company are placed in the same section, and the view can be changed from the right side of the screen.
  • New searcher: now finding employees, sections or settings is easier than ever. Find your recent searches in one click.


My Team (mobile)

  • Tracking calendar: check your team’s vacations, absences, leaves, and ITs.
    Regarding daily records, get real-time information about who has started the day record, who has finished, and who has not started yet. Finally, when it comes to weekly and monthly balance, check the balance between registered and planned time month by month or week by week; whichever you prefer!

Training

The Training module arrives on mobile:

  • Available training: Check the training catalog. Request enrollment, disenrollment, or a new training action from your mobile.
  • My training actions: View the training sessions you have enrolled, the content, and available sessions.
  • Curriculum: The curriculum captures the history of training that an employee has undertaken.

Bonuses and Incentives

Thanks to the main innovations the module offers, you have:

  • Period management: generate different periods to adapt to your company's payments and tracking.

  • Provide tracking of directions to the company's managers.

  • Tracking and calibration: integrate goal information to track the achievement of bonuses and incentives. Calibrate the payment and execute it integrated with the payroll module.

  • Communication: generate and assign personalized communication letters with the resulting process information.


Time Tracking

  • Planning: view all your employees' planning on a single screen, whether by shifts or schedules.
  • Shifts: assign, adjust, and publish your employees' shifts with all vacation, absence, and holiday information in one place.
  • Schedules or shifts?: View and adjust each employee's file, and consult the history of changes in one place.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Flexible compensation: manage your employees' enrollments in Cobee or Payflow, and import flexible compensation and advances concepts into your payroll in minutes.
  • Pension plans: manage contributions to your company's pension plan. Formulate company, voluntary, and mandatory contributions according to different professional categories integrated with your payroll.
  • Salary management: you can now manage agreement salaries from the salary management module. Configure your payroll agreements and synchronize the information in the salary grid.

Payrolls

  • Daily payroll: it is now possible to calculate the daily payroll by calendar day and worked day.
  • Work calendar: view and manage the days an employee is active or not. With this information, you will have control over the daily payroll and ERTE entry data.
  • ERTE: prepare and track employee extensions, reductions, and suspensions in employment regulation files. Manage enrollments, cancellations, and modifications integrated with Social Security.


Others

  • Organization and People: We have included a new guided action for managing employee departures. Additionally, it is now possible to enroll historical employees with a new guided interface. Finally, the employee enrollment action includes new settings for managing addresses, bank accounts, birth dates, and nationality.

  • Internal communication: Endalia now helps you write your articles with artificial intelligence. Think of the topic, choose the degree of creativity and tone, and AI will do the rest for you!

  • Competency Development: It is now possible to configure the visibility and anonymity of 360 evaluations.

General Improvements

Expenses

The module now includes the following improvements:

  • We have integrated this module with the payrolls for easier processes.
  • Mileage and meal expense types now have an exempt amount field and history, reflected in the reports.
  • Multiple closings: now you can create and associate various expense closings to a client and within the same period.

Requests

Thanks to the main novelties offered by the module, you have:

  • Improvements in navigation after completing the workflow.

  • Modification of participants in the first phase: a group must be assigned to define who can launch a request. Additionally, it will be possible to choose who views the phase once launched (if the person who launched it or the entire group).

  • Now, there is a new linked field type. This allows, for example, when selecting a company, only associated work centers are available.

  • For those involved in the workflow, if they do not have an active variation, it will show the future one for company, center, and position.

  • Now, there is a new workflow for employee job enrollment.

Time Tracking

  • New time tracking data model, applying UTC in time tracking (for example, if you log an employee in the Canary Islands, you view it in the peninsula in their UTC zone).

  • Now you have monthly compensation period management to handle excesses, defects, and extensions all at once.

  • Monitoring of the time balance is now more visual and has extended time granularity (from weekly to quarterly).

Organization and People

  • Inclusion of offboarding as a new feature. You have templates, a specific functionality for launching them, and comprehensive process management.
  • The summary file for managers allows tracking onboarding/offboarding, and it has other summarized indicators.
  • Onboarding processes are integrated with digital signature and requests to manage everything from one place.
  • New onboarding functionalities that have also been added to the offboarding, and task editing on the employee's file (add, edit, delete tasks, launch new onboardings, etc.).

Payrolls

  • Variable communication configuration allows you to configure the type of launch, process phases, concept typologies, excluded concepts, workday variations, night shifts, shift extensions, and concepts related to the expenses module.

  • Now, you have more summaries, better visualization, improved functionalities, and more intuitive screens throughout the module.

  • Development of menus for social security and complementary insurance.

With this new functionality related to eNPS surveys, you can now:

  • Schedule survey dates and frequencies.

  • Preview how they will appear to the receiver.

April 2024 

General Improvements

  • We have carried out an integration with SAGE into the HCM vertical of Endalia HR, thus unifying efforts to enhance payroll management.

  • We have included the new advanced employee selection filter to optimize time and refine searches, in addition to the new option to copy and paste employees from the Clipboard.

  • Associate the reference currency to the societies created in Endalia HR.
  • Load salaries in the correct currency for your employees (Euro, Dollar, Swiss Franc, British Pound, etc.), with a payroll import center that also includes these currencies.
  • Modify an employee's salary and its breakdown without leaving their file.

Time Tracking

  • The management screens for extensions and compensations are now distinct, enhancing clarity and flexibility of use.

  • It is now possible to overwrite previous records upon import, if previously selected.

  • We have implemented improvements in the deletion of users integrated between Endalia HR and Biostar.

  • A new launcher for leaves and temporary disabilities (TD) is now available, with requests customizable by the end client.

  • Leaves and TD have a specific representation, distinguishing them from other absenteeism, and are displayed in My Circle.

Organization and People

  • We have improved the interface with different onboarding templates that adapt to your needs. You can create phases, configure tasks, and assign them, with fixed time frames.
  • Onboarding processes are integrated with digital signing and requests, to manage everything from one place.
  • The status of tasks can be monitored from the employee's record.
  • The option to include the business manager's signature is now active, allowing you to generate contractual documents.

Selection

  • Candidates selected in Teamtailor are now integrated into Endalia HR.

  • Endalia HR allows managing the recruited candidates, with the option to finalize their hiring and generating the onboarding for their incorporation into a template.

Training

  • We are launching this new module to manage employees' career growth. You can generate training actions, compartmentalize them, monitor them, generate learning sessions, and consult these functionalities in the employee's profile, as they both appear integrated.

Development

  • It is now integrated with the training module. We have created a tracking diary that will record the training activities of your teams, including milestones manually, such as follow-up interviews or achievements.

General Improvements

  • We have introduced two new permissions: changing the name and the order of the modules.

  • We have removed the existing limitation on mass password resets; this process now runs in the background to improve performance.

  • When an employee has multiple users, the language change implementation is made on all of them.

Organization and People

  • In Organizational Chart and Organizational Structure, we have improved the management of people and hidden positions in multi-company environments.

  • When transitioning the company to historical state, the contribution accounts also migrate.
  • Import Centers:
    • We incorporate the dumping of the contribution account in the following import centers: “Personal, Organizational, and Contact Data” and “People Creation.”
    • We included the identifier document number and the downloadable template with employees in the following import centers: “Personal, Organizational, and Contact Data,” “Bank Data,” “Family Information,” “Person Data Variation,” “Cost Centers,” “Contracts,” and “Employee Association to Positions.”
    • A new import center has been added: “Linking Positions to Generic Positions.”
  • The system now allows for multiple parameter deletions from the module.
  • We improved the management of employee variations:
    • Generic validation of variation conflicts in "Contracts"
      Management of data states and variations in "Professional Data" and "Family Information"
    • Creation of variations of positions from the employee file
    • Editing variations in the variation history
  • A new employee summary sheet has been created, including a new visualization in the employee's file that will facilitate its management and the execution of the following actions in a guided way:
    • Associate a position
    • Associate a company or work center
    • Add a contract: improving the employee creation process, facilitating the association of new workers to the company, center, and contribution account.

  • We have incorporated a new import center for the competency catalog.

  • We have made design improvements in the competence monitoring to show sections without content.

  • You can now use the new comparison report for generic position vs. competency profile.

  • Observations are now included in the potential matrix.

  • We include a notification when there is a change of manager in a process.

  • "Periods" now has a new configuration linked to the final evaluation to restrict its visibility if it is not required.

  • We removed the option for a manager to edit a completed process.

  • The loading time associated with "Periods" when adding processes is now significantly less.

  • "Periods": create self-assessments in the background.

  • We changed the period filters to facilitate the visualization of active and historical periods, and we hide the option "View evaluations"; in case the period is in draft.
