It is the first point of contact with the product, allowing you quick access to a wide variety of interesting features. Let's get started!
Here you will find:
Main Screen
This is known as the home, where you can access all the information you need. Note that usage is the same for all roles and certain widgets will be fed with personal employee information (each collaborator, manager, etc. may have access to use/modify certain functionalities, depending on the contracted modules, and some functions will already be pre-programmed by Endalia and cannot be modified). Take a look at the detailed information below to find out all the sections this page contains:

Additionally, through the enabled buttons (View all results, Open in a new tab) you can perform different actions aimed at expanding information. Consider that visibility will depend on your company role and the permissions you have.

Activity Log
It will only appear when there is activity, also showing its status at the bottom of each previously launched process (In progress, Completed, etc.).

Help Center

Welcome Widget
Contains the corporate image. the current day's date and a corporate background defined by the company.
If permissions are enabled through Organization and People settings, the employee can edit their profile image. The administrator will manage the background image.

Stories
Similarly to what's established in HR.SS., they reflect everyday company events, such as birthdays, company anniversaries, etc., and are managed through the Internal Communication > Company > News > Autogenerated Content module.
Just click on each balloon to see the associated dropdown.

Absentees
Allows you to view forecasts of vacations and absences according to the filter (Company, My Unit, My Circle, My Team, and My Direct Team).
The system differentiates between those happening today and in the next 15 calendar days, as long as they are validated. When hovering over the images, a pop-up window with additional information will appear.
Finally, the option to View comparison calendar allows for more extensive functionality management, instead of getting a brief summary through this widget.

Links
This is information of interest to the user. By default, three are shown in the home section, but all can be viewed using the button designed for that purpose (and edited/generated according to permissions, as we've already mentioned).
It also includes access to the Reporting Channel, as stipulated by Law 2/2023, allowing for anonymous reporting within the company:

Latest News
Shows featured or interesting news pending to be read, categorized as notices and up to a maximum of three. They gradually disappear as they are read. The View all option allows you to filter them and access all the relevant information from the past. Additionally, this widget displays a representative news item option at the bottom.

My Requests
Allows you to view requests you have launched. Furthermore, you can add new requests by pressing "Add".

Calendar
Acts as an agenda, with different types of dates and their parametrization. It has two sections:
- Calendar : shows the current month with the employee's own calendar configuration, highlighting the current day, weekends, and holidays. All events interacting with the current month appear on it, with the same color legend and defined ordering. If there are several events on the same day, the system highlights them numerically; by clicking on a given day, the type and duration of each event are shown.
- Lower list: All events interacting with the current week appear, whether they start, end, or take place in it, with a defined color legend and order.
