Types of Absenteeism

  1. Within the hub Configuration, click on the Vacations and Absences > Types of Absenteeism module.

  2. On this screen, the main menu of the available card is displayed: Vacations, Absences, Others, and Compensation. Click on each button to see the corresponding options. To edit them, double-click on the corresponding row or alternatively, check the desired item and click on Edit Type, a button you'll find in the toolbar. You can also generate new items using the Add Type button, located in the same place. In the side modal window presented, you must fill in the fields marked with an asterisk (*); you can also use the contextual help to get more information about each field. Remember, if you activate the Specific Information option Affects time registry planning, when an absence is recorded, it will automatically appear in the schedule planning. Lastly, do not forget to always click Save to set your preferences:
Note: There is an additional option, called Actions, in the card menu. Use it to Export/Import the Configuration template in .json format for other uses, such as generating reports and records, restoring the original information of each typology, etc.
