Sometimes issues arise when managing time; they are called "incidents"; thanks to our software, you can keep them under control with a quick glance at the panel. Keep reading to learn more.
In this article you will find:
Incident Management
Within the hub Time Management, go to the Time Tracking module >Time Tracking Monitoring > Incidents
- On the next screen, the list of employees with time-related and planned incidents is displayed. There are 4 types, which you can see in their respective tabs:
- Unregistered Work Days: the employee has a plan for that day, but there is no time record.
- Unfinished Work Periods: the employee has started records but still has some open segments, meaning not finished (they have not indicated they finished lunch, resumed work time, etc.).
- Work Periods with Differences: this directly refers to the relationship between worked and planned time; therefore, these periods can be positive (if the worked time during the day is greater than planned) or negative (if the work time is less than planned).
- Other: to indicate incidents different from the previous ones (for example, an employee has logged the end of their shift before planned):

3. To edit a collaborator's incidents, check the box for the corresponding row and click on the Edit button found in the toolbar or, alternatively, double click on the row with the employee's name. Automatically, the system will redirect you to Time Segment Record. Use the buttons in the toolbar to access the different functionalities offered by the screen, such as Add, Delete, Export, Edit, etc. Remember to use the Save button in the respective modal windows to finalize your preferences:
