Daily Records/Hourly Balance

As in any company, detailed records help maintain good control of employee schedules. These informative features can assist you in this task. Keep reading to learn more!

In this article you will find:

Daily Records

  1. Inside the hub Time Management, go to the module Time Logging > Time Log Monitoring > Daily Records

  2. On this screen you have a list of employees and their corresponding information. Specifically, the time worked versus the planned time for the current workday (1), whether the day has ended or not (2), the employee's segments during the current day (3), and their duration (4), among others. Remember that, with the toolbar buttons, you can Update, Export, and Expand detail, and the Filtering Options on the right side of the screen will help you locate employees by criteria: 

Hourly Balance

  1. Inside the hub Time Management, go to the module Time Logging > Time Log Monitoring >   Hourly Balance

  2. Following the previous framework, on this screen you will find a list of employees and their corresponding information. Specifically, you have access to data on workday deficits, overtime, correct hours, and unrecorded days. With the toolbar buttons, you can Update and Export and, with the filtering buttons, conduct a detailed search of everything you need: 
  3. Finally, to access detailed information about an employee, click on them. Now you can view the worker's details, as well as export the list:
