In addition to salaries, there are other documents of interest to the employee (letters, certificates, etc.). Now you can control this functionality by following these simple recommendations. Pay attention to these tips to control this functionality.
In this article:
Publish documents
- Within the hub Compensation and benefits, navigate to Compensation > Salaries > Salary documents
- In the new screen, you have a list of collaborators and available documents, with a column showing whether it is published or not. Next, click the corresponding employee's box or alternatively, on the row where their name appears, then click the Publish button located in the toolbar:

- Finally, in the modal window presented, select Publish. Now, the system sends a notification to the employee, who has access to the document in My salary documents
