Share my browser location

Important: this article is intended for Endalia users with an employee profile.

 

From Endalia HR, we request your location to automatically and reliably validate your work hours. If at any point you canceled this permission, you will see a notice informing you and the option to consult this help article. Here you will find step-by-step instructions to reactivate location permissions in the most used browsers, ensuring that your time logging operates without issues.

Google Chrome

  1. Open the settings menu

    • Click on the three vertical dots (top right corner) and select Settings.

  2. Privacy and security

    • On the sidebar, tap Privacy and security.

  3. Site settings

    • Within that section, choose Site settings.

  4. Location

    • Find and click on Location.

    • Look for the site marked as Blocked.

  5. Allow again

    • Click on the site and select Allow.

    • Return to My logs and refresh the page; now it will request your location again.

Important note: If you don't see the website in the blocked list, refresh My logs and try again.


Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Options

    • Click on the three horizontal lines (top right corner) and choose Options (or Preferences on macOS).

  2. Privacy & Security

    • Scroll down to Privacy & Security.

  3. Permissions

    • Under Permissions, next to Location, click Settings....

  4. Manage permissions

    • Find your domain in the list, change the status to Allow and click Save changes.


Microsoft Edge

  1. Go to Settings

    • Click on the three dots (top right) and select Settings.

  2. Site permissions

    • Go to Cookies and site permissions.

  3. Location

    • Click on Location.

  4. Blocked List

    • Under Block, find your site and select Allow from the dropdown menu.

Attention: After changing it, reload My logs for it to take effect.


Safari (macOS / iOS)

macOS

  1. Safari Preferences

    • In the menu bar, go to Safari → Preferences….

  2. Websites

    • Select the Websites tab.

  3. Location

    • In the sidebar, choose Location, find your domain and select Allow.

iOS

  1. iOS Settings

    • Open Settings, find Safari.

  2. Location

    • Tap Location and select While Using the App or Always.

Note: After changing it, return to Safari and reload My logs.
