Access to the welcome space

Important: this article is intended for Endalia users with a Collaborator profile.

The Welcome Space is your personal area within the platform, which you can access before officially joining the company. From here, you can complete your information, familiarize yourself with the tool, and check welcome messages. 

Access from computer (web) 

If you want to enter from a computer, you will need the personal link provided by the company.

Steps:

1. Open the link in your browser.

2. Select how you want to receive the authentication code (email or personal phone provided at registration).

3. You will receive an authentication code through this medium.

4. Enter the code, and you'll be able to access your Welcome Space.

Access from mobile (iOS or Android) 

If you prefer to access from your mobile phone, you won't need the link. You should use the official Endalia app.

Steps:

1. Download the Endalia app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

2. Open the app and enter your personal email or personal mobile phone (the one you provided during registration).

3. You will receive an authentication code through that medium.

4. Enter the code, and you will directly access your Welcome Space.

Important: 
- The link you have received is only valid for accessing from a computer.
- If accessing via mobile, always do so through the Endalia app using the email or phone you provided during registration.
