As a manager, a fundamental task is to periodically examine the abilities and performance of employees. Learn to evaluate other professionals with the following guidelines from our software.

Evaluations of My Colleagues

1. Within the Performance and Talent hub, follow this path: Development > Employee Development > Evaluations
2. On this screen, you can view a list of colleagues awaiting evaluation. To proceed, simply select the corresponding box or click on the employee and press the Edit Evaluation button, which you will find, as always, in the toolbar. You have various levels (1-5) with aid options, and an Observations field, which will be very useful. You can Save your evaluation and complete it at another time or alternatively, click Send to make it effective.
