With this functionality, you can anonymously evaluate certain colleagues/employees within the organization. Check out these tips to perform these actions without major issues.

Preliminary Information: Before starting the process, the evaluator, whether "colleague" or "other," receives a notification at the top right of the screen indicating that the 360 evaluation has been assigned:
Evaluations of Others (360)
- Within the Performance and Talent hub, follow the path: Development > Evaluations of Others
- On this screen, you can view a list of colleagues pending evaluation. To proceed, simply select the corresponding checkbox or click on the employee and press the Edit Evaluation button, which you will find, as always, in the toolbar. You have different levels (1-5) with aids, and an Observations field that will be very useful to you. You can Save changes to your evaluation, complete it later, or alternatively, click on Finish to make it effective.
