Questionnaire Settings

Important: this article is intended for Endalia HR users with an Administrator profile.

You can configure when and how assessment questionnaires (for collaborators) and effectiveness questionnaires (for managers) will be available, as well as the management of certificates and completion criteria. 

Note: The configuration only determines the publication of the questionnaires, that is, whether they will be available or not to collaborators and managers. But the response from these groups will always be optional.

From the "Questionnaires and certificates" tab of the training action record, you can configure: 

• Assessment questionnaires (collaborators)
• Effectiveness questionnaires (managers)

The questionnaire dates determine: 

• Start date: When participants can start responding.
• End date: Until when managers can respond.

Finally, remember to click on Save Data, at the top left of the screen you are on, to apply your preferences: 

You can view all the questionnaires in Employee Training > Questionnaires.
