Important: To manage integration alerts, you must first properly configure Biostar. For more information, refer to related articles. This article is addressed to Endalia HR users with an Administrator profile.

Integration alerts are an essential tool for proactively managing any synchronization issues between Biostar and Endalia. Thanks to this new functionality, you will receive notifications about improperly mapped users, misconfigured devices, or segments that overlap with other records in the system, allowing you to act quickly and efficiently.

Within the Configuration hub, click on the Time Log > Integration Alerts module.

On the screen presented to you, you will see a new tab where alerts received from Biostar devices are grouped. This functionality will allow you to manage the following types of incidents that may occur during integration:

Types of Integration Alerts

  1. The registered segment is not mapped with Endalia: This alert occurs when a segment registered in Biostar is not correctly mapped with a record in Endalia.

  2. The device event configuration is not allowed: This is displayed when a Biostar device tries to register an event that is not configured correctly or is not allowed by the system.

  3. The device record has no configured segments: This alert appears when a Biostar device logs data without configured segments, hindering the proper processing of the data.

  4. The user registered in BioStar has no connection in Endalia: This is generated when a user registered in Biostar does not have a corresponding mapping in Endalia, potentially causing synchronization failures in their activity records.

Managing the Alerts

Each integration alert contains relevant details about the type of incident and can be managed directly from this section. Alerts are displayed in a clear and accessible format, allowing you to act quickly to correct any fault.

Important: Integration alerts are automatically deleted after 30 days. Therefore, continuous analysis of them is recommended to avoid registration problems and the need for segment recovery.

With this new functionality, you will maintain a more comprehensive control over the records and integration of Biostar with Endalia, ensuring any incident is detected and resolved promptly, optimizing the process of user and record management.
