Important: this article is aimed at Endalia HR users with an Administrator profile.

What if you could quickly and at a glance see all the information you are interested in, as the module manager? Now you can do it thanks to this simple functionality we offer.

In this article you will find:

Monitoring

  1. Within the time management hub, go to the module Time Registration > Time registration monitoring

  2. In this screen, you have a general overview with all the information needed to manage employee time, divided into sections

Day records: includes the registration status of employees for the current day, which can be: Not started: (employees with planning who have not made any records today); In progress (with planning, who have recorded fewer hours than planned) and Completed (with a number of hours equal to or greater than planned):

Weekly balance: this section allows you to see the time registered by employees and compare it with the planned time, that is, the hours scheduled to complete the assigned tasks during the workweek. This also includes validated extensions for the week, if any, and the total validated time over those 7 days:

Pending validation requests: will allow you to see, among other functionalities, workday extensions, meaning employees who have requested more work time, and editing them if any data needs to be modified regarding your employees' records:

Daily/Annual planning incidents: to see the issues/irregularities registered during the current day and year, such as the number of employees without working hours, without assigned planning, the number of unregistered days, workdays not completed, workers without assigned schedules, unregistered workdays, etc.:

Note: By clicking on each of the numbers located within the sections, you will access relationships of names of collaborators with their specific and detailed information, which will redirect you to other module functions (Incidences, Extensions, Workday records, etc.). Explore each of the quadrants to perform different actions within this monitoring screen.
