Monitoring

1. Within the hub Organization and people, click on People > Personnel Monitoring
2. On this screen, you can control, at a glance, everything related to Organization and people, such as:

• People: this option allows you to manage the number of employees in your company, with the different categories they present (Active, Active without user, etc.).
• Organization: to know both the number of companies and associated work centers, as well as the company’s organizational chart.
• Contract monitoring: hires and terminations in the company, within 30 days from the moment of consultation. This information is also available in Organization and people> People > Company > Monitoring > Contract Monitoring
• Active alerts: important notifications about data of relevance to the company.
• Onboarding and offboarding: thanks to this section, you can see, at a glance, the pending and overdue tasks of both processes for each employee, instead of checking these data individually for each worker.
