In this article you will find:

Employee Actions – Associate a Position

Note: the visibility of this action for HR. In the employee's profile, it will be determined by Endalia. Remember that, to advance phases in the processes, you must at least fill the fields marked with an asterisk (*).
  1. Within the hub Organization and People, go to People > Employee Monitoring > Employees (or External, as it's the same functionality).
  2. On the screen that appears next, select an employee from the list and click on the Edit employee profile button, which you will find in the toolbar.
  3. Once inside the worker's profile, you have a dropdown with the different employee actions to perform. Click the button Associate a position
  4. Now, you must perform this action by completing the four available steps, which we detail below:
    • Mandatory data: here you must enter, as mandatory values, the application date and the reason for the position. This last dropdown is very important, as based on your selection, the rest of the fields will be affected; for example, if you select a new position, other options will appear dimmed, like ending the current positions of the employee, as they do not apply. Click Next
    • New position: you must fill in, again, the fields marked with an asterisk (*). And, once completed, click Next
    • The next step of this stepper, Review Data, will allow you to fill in the cost centers and gross salary, as well as other particulars. Again, same command, Next
    • Finally, the summary offers you the condensed data. And, the confirmation message will inform you that the process has been successfully completed, allowing you to view these new changes in the employee profile.
Note: The Previous - Next buttons will allow you to go back over your steps and move forward, at all times, without losing the entered information.
