At times, permissions assume the character of disciplinary actions for the employee, for various reasons, leading to exemptions from work and salary obligations. As on other occasions, these circumstances will also be reflected in the management program.
Here you will find:
Employment and salary suspensions
- Within the Payroll hub, click on Payrolls > Payroll Incidents > Permissions and ITs
- On this first screen, at the top, you have a list of the types of permissions, as well as the number of workers who have requested them. Please note that this chart only refers to the current month; if you wish to view other data, you must enter them in the appropriate filters located on the right side of the screen.
- In the lower half, there's a comprehensive list of employees with start and end dates of the suspension, etc. As usual, you can use the employee selection and the toolbar buttons to edit or delete their record.
- To add employment and salary suspensions, click on the corresponding button in the toolbar within the Employment and salary suspensions tab. In the subsequent side modal window, you will have the following fields to complete, some are mandatory (*):

- Employee: the search allows you to directly select the worker.
- Start/End date: you can specify the temporal ranges of the start and end of the suspension.
- Comments: additional remarks. It is the last field of this modal window; don't forget to click on the Add button to make your preferences effective and to add the employee's name to the main screen list:
