Launch an offboarding
- Inside the hub Organization and People, go to People > Employee Monitoring > Employees
- On this screen, you have a list of the company's employees. Click on one of their names or select the corresponding box, then click Edit Employee Record, a button you will find in the toolbar.
- Within the menu items on the left side of the screen, select Organizational Information > Offboarding. To launch it, click the Launch Offboarding
button. - On the screen that follows, you have a tunneled process in three steps. First, select the contract to link to the employee (which must have a predetermined end date), the offboarding template, and click Next. The second step, summary, is an expansion of the data from the template you previously chose; once checked, click on Launch Offboarding. To finish this phase, the system will notify you that the offboarding has been successfully launched. Click on Go to Employee Record

- Now head back to the menu item labeled Organizational Information, and click on Offboarding. At the top, you can see a summary of it, while the lower half of the screen shows the breakdown of the offboarding, with its phases and the tasks corresponding to them, in addition to additional information such as dates, people or assigned groups, etc.:

Note that only check-type tasks (accept/reject) can be managed and canceled from here, while those corresponding to digital signatures or requests will be carried out from the corresponding modules, in addition to appearing in Pending Requests, within the employee's home section, for them to carry out the pertinent actions.
