Important: this article is aimed at Endalia HR users with an Administrator profile.
This functionality allows you to complete the basic data relating to an employee’s departure from the company and launch the offboarding process.
In this article, you will find:
How to unregister an employee?
- Within the Organization and People hub, select People > Employees
- On the screen presented next, select an employee from the list and click the Edit Employee Record button in the toolbar.
- Once inside the employee’s record, click the Employee Actions button immediately below the name to view the list of available actions. Select Employee Offboarding:

- This action redirects you to a multi-step process. In the first step, fill out the basic information and click Next:

- The second step, called Offboarding, serves to activate the process of the same name via a preloaded template, which you can also preview on this screen. This step of the process can be activated or deactivated through Configuration > People > Module Options > Onboarding and Offboarding > Offboarding. Once the fields are completed, click Next again:
The summary provides you with a compendium of all the steps completed thus far. Note that unregistering an employee will end their relation to their role(s) in the organizational structure, switching them to a historical state. Finally, click Unregister: 
- The system message will confirm that the process has been successfully completed. Now, you can go to the employee's record, which will switch to historical as of the end date of the contract.
