Important: this article is intended for Endalia HR users with an Administrator profile.
It is a functionality that allows you to recover employees in historical status who become active members of the company again.
Here you will find the steps to:
Registration of a historical employee
- Within the Organization and People hub, select People > Employees
- On the screen you are presented with, there is a list of all the employees in the company. In the top filter, select Historical Employees:

- You have a new list with the employees subscribed to that category. Select the one of interest and click on the Edit Employee Profile button, which can be found in the toolbar.
- Once inside the employee's profile in question, go to the button shaded in blue, called Actions on the Employee, and select the Employee Registration option.

- As in other instances, you are presented with a multi-step process. The main difference between registering an employee and registering a historical employee is that in this second case, some data will be pre-filled. In the first action, fill in the mandatory data (*) (also optional, if deemed convenient), and click Next

- Likewise, in the second step, Data to Review, you must fill in at least the mandatory data before proceeding to the next page, also using Next. Note that this step may or may not appear, depending on the preferences selected in the settings menu:

- Salary Data: such as work centers, salary, etc. This phase is optional (it may or may not appear) and is activated or deactivated from the settings menu. Click Next

- The next step, Onboarding, is also optional, and allows you to configure the actions to be carried out with the employee upon their entry into the company. Once you have completed the fields (at least, as always, the mandatory ones), click Next

- The User Configuration in the next step is again optional, allowing you to assign language and username, email notification for credential creation, etc. As with the entire process described, click Next

- The summary allows you to view, on a single screen, a compendium of all data entered in the previous steps. Once verified, click Register Employee

- Employee successfully registered! You can now head, with the appropriate button, to the newly created employee's profile , or use the Back button at the top left of the screen to return to the employee profile:

Note: Within the profile of each employee, in the path Organization and People > People > Employees > Edit Employee, you have, in the menu items, many variables to complete (Personal Information, Curriculum, Documents, Payroll, etc.), as well as a button for Actions on the Employee, for more convenience:
Finally, remember that from Settings > People > Module Options > Employee Registration Options, you can activate various options to customize the functionality that gives this article its title.
